Juice Engineering Ltd is a privately owned design engineering and subcontract manufacturer based in Aberdeenshire serving customers in the Oil & Gas, Marine, Agricultural and Distilling industries.
Since our inception in 2016 we’ve strived to work closely with our customers to not just offer exceptional quality but to become a value-added partner by bringing the principles of design for manufacture and precision subcontract manufacturing under one roof. We have a focus on reducing costs for our customers by implementing designing and manufacturing suggestions and the use of advanced manufacturing techniques such as metal 3D printing. We have fully integrated our engineering and manufacturing teams and have invested significant time developing a multi-skilled workforce so that the principles of good design for manufacture and creative techniques can be efficiently harnessed to deliver high-quality products at lower costs than our competitors.
Owned and operated by qualified engineers with many years of oilfield and industrial experience and a strong track record of innovation and patent approvals Juice Engineering can be your one-stop-shop for design, prototype manufacture, testing, verifications and production. Utilising the latest in CAD and manufacturing software (Solidworks, Ansys & Fusion 360 CAM) and with a fully equipped inspection department and pressure test area Juice Engineering can undertake a multitude of tasks and be your R&D partner where those resources are currently unavailable or not yet fully developed. We have a strong track record of partnering with businesses to offer contract services and routinely work with many of the major accountancy firms in order to maximise the benefit of available R&D tax credits.
We have strong relationships with our UK and European suppliers enabling us to offer a full turn-key service including; the sourcing and supply of near NET shape raw materials in the form of open & closed die forgings, castings and injection mouldings.
Juice Engineering Ltd operates a Quality Management System adhering to the principles of ISO 9001 and traceability is maintained throughout the lifecycle of all our products with the use of advanced technologies such as laser engraving of QR codes and integrated RFID asset tracking hardware.
